Kwai employees create knowledge daily, such as through experience reviews.
However, currently, this knowledge is mostly archived/shared within teams, leading to it ending up in a “graveyard.”

Document owners can directly publish their documents to the Garden and solve the access limitations by creating new information structure.

Tags: Authors can label their documents for precise targeting and exposure.
Department: Users can view all content from their department to stay updated with the team.

06 Advanced Features
Certain strategies are needed to increase page penetration and incentivize more user participation.
Badge: During the early stages of platform launch, most users are unaware of the feature. Use red-dot badge to highlight updates.
Creator center: Integrates personal data, achievements, and badges, allowing users to quickly see their contribution level.
