Work Experience
2023.7-now
Samsung — UX/UI Designer
As the core UX designer for our first-generation Bixby AI assistant, I defined the key interaction guidelines and designed several AI-agent features, introducing new, simpler ways for users to interact with AI.
Pioneered the componentized design system and created reusable standards that became the department-wide guideline; achieved 80%+ component usage in each app and greatly boosted design efficiency and consistency.
Independently led the end-to-end UX for 9 Samsung apps, contributing from early product definition to final delivery. Work included 0→1 product launches, major system-level redesigns, and AI-driven feature upgrades.
Led user research for Samsung’s future-concept program: conducted 10+ in-depth interviews, analyzed 100+ data points into clear insights, and guided the team to generate 50+ forward-looking proposals, 10+ of which were highlighted and advanced by HQ.
2022.6-2022.12
Kuaishou - UX/UI Designer Intern
Built an internal document-collaboration tool from 0 to 1: I interviewed 10+ employees, mapped real work processes, and designed the full interaction framework. The platform increased cross-department document sharing by over 8 times and raised successful document search rate to 80%+.
Worked closely with PMs and engineers to take features from idea to launch: aligned requirements, resolved edge cases, and adapted flows to technical limits. Delivered 10+ new features for internal collaboration tools, each achieving 70%+ employee adoption after release.
2022.3-2022.6
NOMA Beijing — Product Design Intern
Designed product appearance and IP concepts, delivering high-quality design outputs in a short timeframe using tools such as Photoshop and Rhino.
Established the company’s first structured user and market research framework, filling a critical gap and enabling the team to conduct systematic research and analysis.
