Background
In recent years, due to the fast-paced and high-pressure nature of urban life, there has been a noticeable increase in pet ownership. Most new pet owners were born between 1985 and 2000. Because of their busy work and study schedules, they are unable to be with their pets at all times.

Function structure design
Based on our user analysis, we realized that security is the first thing that would come to users's mind. So we designed this 4-layer function structure aiming to solve the main pain points of our target users.
App design

Users' can find the service with good quality here under the help of others' real comments. And they can also discuss the service details with service provider, with all requirements recorded automatically in the system.
02 In service
Users can trace every detail of the service to ensure providers deliver strictly according to the agreed requirements.
